Hema is the Founder and CEO of Hash Fashion. She has enabled multiple brands and retailers with deep consumer insights garnered through technical innovation. Her skills in Design thinking, strategy execution and innovation stem from her years of experience buying and merchandising retail fashion products.

Her vison is to build a transparent and ethical supply chain using the best of technology and to create a statement wear that lives beyond generations.

Her wide experience in sourcing has convinced her that India's heritage and artisinal strength can find their rightful, elevated status in today's world through demand planning based on consumer intelligence.
